Support
One developer, real answers. Most things below take a minute; anything else, email.
Include your username and project name so we can look straight at the right thing. Replies usually land the same business day.
Getting access
AccuSite is invite-only. Your project admin adds you by username from Manage → Members; the app opens the moment they do.
New to AccuSite?
Projects are set up by Jay March for each company — get in touch and we’ll get your site running.
Signing in
- Sign in with your username or email and password.
- Forgot it? Tap Forgot password? — the reset link goes to the email on your account.
- Forgot your PIN? Sign out from the lock screen and sign back in; you’ll set a new one.
Location and the safety map
Location is shared only while you’re checked in and only with your project’s safety team. Turn it off any time in Settings → Location; you can still check in with it off.
Map showing you as stale? Make sure iOS location permission is Always and Low Power Mode is off.
Equipment and NFC
Hold the top of your iPhone to the tag until it buzzes. A tag from another project is refused on purpose. If your project allows it, you can also use the Check Out / Return buttons on each item.
You must be checked in to take equipment out, and everything must be returned before you check out.
Offline
No signal? Keep working. Check-ins, scans, and inspections queue on your phone and upload when you’re back in range — the bar at the top tells you what’s waiting.
Your account and data
Delete your account any time in Settings → Delete your account. It removes your sign-in, profile, and username; site records stay with the project. Everything we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
Still stuck? Write to a human.
There’s no ticket queue. Tell us what you were doing and what you expected, and we’ll sort it.
